Week of 2/18 - Shadows

For this assignment, I went outside to look at shadows in afternoon light. I used lots of shadows from trees because they make interesting shadows on the ground, so I put my model behind the branches and took some pictures with the shadows on her face. I got some inspiration from this from the articles provided in the assignment with shadows enhancing portraiture and tried working off of that, casting shadows from natural light on my subjects.
