All of the articles helped me a lot in thinking about the composition of my shots of trees. I think the videos helped the most, though, because they showed how professional photographers go about creating good images of trees and they share tips from their experience of what is the best way to capture them. I did not use a tripod, so I was not able to tweak the composition as much, but I think they came out very good. I took all of them in the afternoon around 2, so the lighting was coming from high in the sky, but not directly overhead. I liked the effect this gave my photos because it gave them some backlighting from the angles I chose, making the leaves appear more vibrant green. The sky was very clear so I got to get some bright blue skies as well. I think my favorite of these photos is the last one, Spring Blossoms, because the lighting in the leaves gives them a unique effect, especially in the background, because some leaves are bright green while others are dark.
