Business Card and Logo

For this project, we first created a logo for our own design company and then incorporated it into a business card.

Logo

For my logo, I went with my own design company called Sofia Arrasjid Design. I wanted a simple and sleek design, so I went with a symmetrical, paper-like butterfly design for the logo and designed the lettering to lock together and fit centered in the butterfly.

Business Card

To continue the smooth, minimalistic design for the card itself, I chose a single color for the front and made the back black and white. I also continued the symmetrical theme, making all of the text on the back center-aligned, only changing the size of the font to show which lines were the most important.

Reflection

For my logo, I used a lot of line, shape, and symmetry to create the butterfly, which also helped tie in the text and create unity for the whole logo.
